About ME
I am experienced civil and family law litigator. My practice has evolved over the life of my career and my focus now is conflict resolution. I have experience in personal injury, mass torts, construction defect, insurance coverage disputes, marital disputes, property disputes, homeowner association disputes, and child custody disputes. My focus now is largely family law disputes and alternative dispute resolution vehicles such as collaborative divorce. Going to court destroys families, the parents, the kids, the finances, and all the good memories. I help my clients find a different way to divorce that doesn't involve burning the house down. However, because not all parties are able to resolve their conflicts collaboratively, I also litigate family matters including separation, divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities (custody), spousal maintenance (alimony), child support and decision-making.
