About ME
I am solely focused on the practice of family law and assisting people with the healthy transition through divorce and custody issues.
My interest is helping families transition through difficult legal processes. Throughout my practice I educate people on healthy co-parenting, exercising boundaries with their former spouse/ partner/ other parent, learning healthy coping mechanisms, and understanding that they are not bound by their smart phone. In this incredibly stressful, technology driven society it is most important to focus on the long term health and stability of your children and of each other.
I enjoy forensic accounting. I will find the last penny and educate myself on all financial aspects of my clients and their family.
Approximately 85% of my cases are settled amicably. My philosophy is that you catch way more flies with honey then you ever do with vinegar. It is not my job to make more of mess for my clients. It is my job to get my clients through these difficult times with as much dignity as possible. And with keeping as much money in their pockets as possible - meaning you do not need to spend $10,000 on a divorce that could cost you less if you receive helpful and real advice.
I manage client expectations and I work with my client as a peer and not as a superior.
